Frequently Asked Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

This experience is intentionally limited, thoughtfully curated, and designed for professionals who value depth, insight, and meaningful connection.

These FAQs are here to clarify how the journey works

1. Is this a tour?

No.

This is not a tour, and it is not tourism.

Chiros to Cairo — an Atlas Circle experience — is a curated immersive journey that uses Egypt itself as context, culture, and curriculum. The focus is on insight, perspective, and conversation, rather than checking destinations off a list.

It is meant to be experienced, not completed.

2. Who is this experience designed for?

This journey is designed for established professionals, leaders, innovators, and lifelong learners who value:

• Depth over pace
• Perspective over points of interest
• Conversation over presentation
• Cultural context over sightseeing

If you’re seeking conventional travel or a sightseeing itinerary, this experience may not be the right fit.

3. What makes this different from other Egypt experiences?

Three core distinctions:

Curated context: Egypt is not a backdrop — it’s part of the learning environment.
Deliberate pacing: Time for reflection and dialogue is built in.
Small groups: Quality of conversation matters more than quantity of participants.

This is an experience designed for perspective, not sightseeing.

4. How large are the groups?

Each journey is intentionally limited in size.

Group size is capped to protect:
• Quality of dialogue
• Depth of engagement
• Group cohesion
• Discretion and intimacy

We prioritise thoughtful exchange over crowded experiences.

5. What is included?

Included elements vary by experience but generally encompass:

• Thoughtful accommodation aligned with experience rhythm

• internal flights

• cruises

• experiences of the hot air balloon above valley of the kings

• entry into the historical sights with our own Egyptologist guiding us

• Curated cultural access and contextual engagement
• Guided moments of reflection and elite dialogue
• Ground transport and local coordination

Rather than listing every logistical detail here, we share full inclusions transparently during your alignment conversation.

6. What is not included?

Typically not included:

• International flights
• Personal expenses
• Travel insurance
• Optional add-ons

We provide guidance to help you plan travel logistics if needed.

7. Is this physically demanding?

The experience involves movement through historical and cultural places, including walking on uneven surfaces at times.

It is deliberately paced, and not designed to be physically strenuous.

If you have specific health considerations, please discuss this with us.

8. Are the dates fixed?

Journey dates are confirmed seasonally.

Current cohorts may be fully allocated. Future dates are released thoughtfully and communicated by invitation or through conversation.

This helps maintain the quality and intent of each experience.

9. Can I bring a partner?

yes partners and friends are most welcome to attend this journey

10. What is the investment?

Investment varies according to journey length and experience structure.

Because these are curated, limited-capacity experiences with intentional curation, pricing reflects quality, access, and program design.

11. Who are the hosts?

The tour is hosted by Dr Sally Mikhael (Chiropractor), Dr Shady Botros (Chiropractor), and Dr Fady Tossoun (Dentist) — all experienced professionals with extensive knowledge of Egypt and a passion for guiding this unique experience.

12. How do I contact the team for questions?

For any questions, reach out to our team via the contact form on the website or email us directly. We respond promptly to assist with bookings, logistics, or any concerns.

Final Note

Chiros to Cairo is not designed for everyone — and that is intentional.

It is crafted for individuals who understand that some growth requires distance from routine, immersion in context, and conversation with the right people.
